AI Training Programs for Healthcare Organizations

Structured, instructor-led courses that prepare healthcare workforces for AI adoption, from frontline staff to executive leadership. All programs are registered with the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) and eligible for up to 100% reimbursement for qualifying Massachusetts employers.

These courses are registered with the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) Express Directory. Eligible Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees can receive up to 100% reimbursement for the cost of training, up to $3,000 per employee per course. Your organization applies for the grant. We handle the rest.

FOUNDATIONAL

AI Literacy for Healthcare Workforce

Prepares non-technical healthcare staff to understand, navigate, and safely use AI tools in clinical and administrative settings. Participants learn how AI tools function, what they are responsible for when AI is involved in their work, and how to identify and report AI-related concerns including outputs that may reflect bias.

8 hours - 4 sessions of 2 hours each

CLINICAL

Clinical AI Foundations

Practice-based training for licensed clinical staff on evaluating AI generated recommendations, documenting AI-assisted decisions, and maintaining safe accountable practice in AI enabled care environments. Covers real-world workflows in Epic and Cerner.

AI Readiness for Healthcare Leaders

Apply For The Grant

Your organization submits a simple grant application through Commonwealth Corporation at least 21 days before training begins. Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis within 10

business days.

Train Your Team

Imara delivers live instructor-led training on your schedule. After training is complete, your organization submits proof of payment and an attendance roster to Commonwealth Corporation to receive reimbursement.
